Gauchere SS24
Minimalism, sharp tailoring and androgynous silhouettes were the main features of Gauchere SS24 Collection.
Focusing once again on essential shapes and architectural structures, Gauchere embraced androgyny in its designs, blurring lines that are becoming staler and staler every day. Unconventional cuts and drapes were accentuated by rejuvenating styling choices that played with oppositions.
Translating the fragmentation of our epoch in a collection of contrasts and reconciliation, the collection presented easily readable outfits that perfectly calibrated wider volumes and tighter fitting garments. Leather pieces were copiously present, indicating an interest in counterculture and youth movements elevated and refined through clean-cut tailoring and organic shapes.
The relaxing attitude of the collection and the strive for comfort were communicated through backless tops, skirts with intriguing slits and contemporary jackets revealing the body.
Monochromatic outfits alternated with others containing few traces of color granting the collection a pleasant rhythm.
In collaboration with French-Californian eyewear manufacturer Ahlem, Gauchere also introduced its first eyewear models.
