Han Kjøbenhavn AW20
Inspired by the shorts days and endless darkness of Danish winter landscapes, Han Kjøbenhavn focused on togetherness in AW20 fashion show in Milano. Working to simulate a sense of community, the rough winter climates urges people to come together, to engage and participate, defying the oppressive restraints of winter. Han Kjøbenhavn’s silhouettes ranged from oversized suits with distinguishing shoulder constructions, tight jumpsuits, and diamond patterned leather jackets, to acid washed pants and skirts, faux fur coats, and custom prints all coming together by steel-chain necklaces with large amber pendants.
From Founder and Creative Director of Han Kjøbenhavn, “The social interaction of humans is changing a lot right now and I am a strong believer of stimulating our senses through real interactions of smelling, touching, feeling and looking each other in the eyes.”
