Eckhaus Latta SS17
Soundtracked by Dev Hynes, Zoe Latta and Mike Eckhaus chose to celebrate their fifth anniversary and show their tenth collection in the neighbourhood where they first began their designing journey in 2011. Since then they have influenced a whole sub generation of New York art and fashion students.
This season was focusing on different functional and non-commercial looks including; oversized and layered denims, tarp dresses, tie-up sweaters, knits and innovative nylons. In collaboration with the artist Brendan Fowler, a series of garments also featured embroidered recycled fabrics.
