You wrote that you like Milan because “no one is really from here.” What is it about that aspect of Milan that sticks out for you so much?
I think that Milan is a city full of different people, a city that try to increase the value of these differences bringing out everything is good, respecting and honouring multiculturalism. Of course I think that the racism problem and any form of discrimination are real in Italy and of course also in a place like Milan but I strongly believe in a idea of a free, open and united city. In addiction Milan, is a fixed destination for young people from all Italy to continue the studies or to begin an adventure in the arts and this thing makes different people work together and I think this is amazing.

How do you find social media in terms of interaction? I’m a little older so I didn’t grow up with Instagram or YouTube. Did it cause any difficulties or stresses for you as a teen?
Social Networks belong to me since I was 12 yo. I am always been attracted to technology and for me the possibility of talking and have interactions with people from all the world was crazy.
Thankfully I didn’t receive much cyberbullying but sometimes in my teens I confronted myself with other people for physical appearance or material wealth like a lot of young people can do, but I believe that social networks like Instagram show multiform realities and sometimes fake and I prefer to see what this virtual world can give and not what can take away.

What’s some of the most positive aspects of social media for you?
For me the use of Social Networks has always been fundamental for my artistic and working activities, it’s a tool for the organisation of projects and important working collaborations. I’ve known people that maybe i wouldn’t have known in life without them and they can give you always informations about what your city can offer every day. I work as a model since I was sixteen and Instagram gave me visibility and the chance to work without an agency for three year and have works for paying my studies.

10 years down the line where would you want to be?
In ten years I will be twenty-nine years old, what a big number seeing it from here. I hope I will have traveled more, and I will have achieved my dream to work in the cinema world. I hope I will be a more independent person, more and more strong and determined. Sometimes in my age problems seem so big and I hope that one day I will understand better problems of others and help people in the world. I have big dreams and targets for my life, and a lot of them are so important and only mine, so I won’t talk about them, but If I would have the chance to talk with the 10 yo me, I think she will watch me in the eyes with admiration and wonder for who I am today, so for me the important thing now is to believe and to always work for it.

Who is your cinema icon? What got you into wanting to be an actress?
My cinema icon is Jack Nicholson, he’s my favourite actor, he’s a very talented actor and a fascinating man as well. I think I have seen all his movies. I have always loved cinema, thanks to my dad, and since is was little I’ve often written, staged and recited things written by me, at first with my sister and then with friends, I’ve always loved to be someone else. When I was seven I decided this would be my dream after I saw Harry Potter because I thought I wanted to be a witch and then, thinking about the impossibility of that I thought I would be a witch or everything else in a movie. When I was twelve I begin to study theatre and now I have 6 years of acting background and it is a confirmed passion.
Now I finished High School I am going to start an Academy to study it in a deeper way.

You’re very creative, how do you define creativity? Is it a part of your identity? How has social media influenced your creativity; if it has at all?
Creativity for me is fundamental in life. I am a explosive person so I need frames like studying to express it better, but I hope always to understand better my potentiality. Social Networks surely have influenced my creativity in positive getting me in touch with photographers, video makers, actors, artists in general to work and confront with.

What’s it like working with your sister? Is family important to you?
My twin sister Stella is the most similar and different person from me in my life. We do things in a totally opposite way, and we really estimate the other, so working as model with her can be always a challenge and we can grow together, learning from the experiences. Family for me is really important, my mom is my rock, she always try to inspire me to be and give more and more for my dreams, my sister is my idol, I know she will be a star.

What sort of passions would you like to explore more of?
I am young and luckily have a lot of interests. I also work at Apollo Club in Milan, I love the night life and I love music as well. I would like to continue to work in the organisation and start to play the console somewhere. I am convinced only of one thing, that I don’t know anything in its entirely so I want to learn a lot. Keeping myself active is the thing that makes me the most happiest.
