MADE-ON-ORDER
We try to avoid waste by printing items periodically. Depending on the amount of orders we receive, dispatch dates can fluctuate between 2 working days to 8 weeks after you place your order.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped. Coeval is not responsible for any delay or damage that may occur during the shipping process.


ADDRESS
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments providing the correct address where is able to receive the package. In the case that the recipient (usually after 3 attempts or without) refuses to receive the package, the order will be returned and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be charged to the recipient.


RETURNS POLICY

Please check sizing info before ordering. Since exchanges and returns are quite difficult, we aim to limit them to instances of misplaced orders or shipping mistakes. If you need further support, get in touch at contact@coeval-magazine.com, we’re there to help you.

We do not accept return(s) if:

- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on the order, size, color, fit, etc.);
- The products are damaged due to your mishandling;
- Your return request is not approved by our staff.

The following items are not considered defective:

- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels;
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping;
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

If there is a missing item from your order:

- Contact our customer service center by email at contact@coeval-magazine.com within 1 day of delivery.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, packaging bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
