"The Feeling of not Belonging" invites guests to a special evening at Section80Bar, hosted by Sali e Tabacchi Journal, Section80, and DEMO. The event features Italo-Australian multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker Rebecca Salvadori, showcasing her films "Tresor Tapes" and "The Sun Has No Shadow."

These films explore the dynamics between individual affective experiences and collective rituals within techno culture. "The Sun Has No Shadow," shot in London and compiled from the artist's footage over the years, contrasts with "Tresor Tapes," commissioned by Berlin’s techno club Tresor and created from their extensive three-decade video and sound archive. Together, these films offer varied perspectives on personal memory and collective archives, examining the role of audiovisual documentation in club culture.

Following the screening, a discussion will be held featuring Rebecca Salvadori, DEMO’s founder and curator Felice Moramarco, Section80’s EP Caterina Colombo, and Sali e Tabacchi Journal’s Editor-In-Chief Elisa Carassai.
