"Epitelio", Lorenzo Seghezzi's debut at Milano Fashion Week, draws inspiration from the sensations of body dysmorphia and gender dysphoria, two deeply impactful experiences shaping one’s relationship with their body. Through bold sartorial storytelling, Seghezzi explores the altered perception of self and the discomfort faced daily by many transgender and queer individuals, challenging aesthetic and gender norms.
