Ali Michael
Michael’s photography creates a digital platform where she is able to have more control of her image and presents an accessible representation of herself as an individual, unlike her work as a model. American model Ali Michael was born on May 15, 1990 in Colleyville, Texas. Michael is primarily known as a fashion model, having signed with DNA models in 2006. She has walked for 3.1 Phillip Lim, Sonia Rykiel, and Yohji Yamamoto among others. She has publicly vocalized her personal struggles with eating disorders, such as bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa, and the modelling industry’s outrageous standards.
